Services Offered
✔ Services start with a complimentary 15-minute meeting. This allows us to get acquainted and to get a feel for whether DWS services would be a good fit.
✔ The first visit spans 50 minutes, and serves for me to learn about your unique circumstances and goals. Together we begin our plans to integrate wellness practices into your daily life.
✔ Following the 50-minute initial session, in subsequent sessions we continue to collaborate to tailor wellness practice to your unique needs and everyday life. In each subsequent session, we review the intervening days and how our plans did or didn’t work. We modify strategies that aren’t working and collaborate to build on success and progress made. Subsequent visits following the initial session are offered in 30 and 50 minute increments.
✔ Services follow a strengths-based approach, and are collaborative in nature. Techniques utilized are based on modalities and practices that are tested, and empirically-based. Services also look at and take into account the whole individual, encompassing the person's social connections and support systems, daily habits, spirituality, and resources available. My background in counseling provides a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to inform wellness intervention and practice. In addition, my amassed experience working in medical and other similar cross-disciplinary settings treating patient mental health and overall wellbeing offers a further solid foundation for wellness intervention.

Do you take insurance? No, we are not contracted with insurance companies. You may want to check with your HR department to see if you might be able to use funds from your pre-tax FSA.
-
Some wellness sites promote the purchase of specific meals or supplements. Is that what you do?No. We do not sell nor promote specific products. Rather, we spend time with each individual client learning about their likes and dislikes, their goals, and the time and means they have available for making meals. We collaborate to come up with improved nutritional options based on real-world constraints of time, finances, and preferences.
-
Some wellness companies are affiliated with a particular gym company and promote membership in that gym. Does DWS do that as well? No. We work with prospective clients to incorporate exercise as appropriate into available time slots in their daily life, but we are not affiliated with any sort of gym organization or company

Spirituality is part of my wellness modalities. Is Dynamic Wellness Solutions okay with that?Yes. Spirituality is a rich component of many people’s wellness practices. It is, however, personal to each individual. Services employed by Dynamic Wellness Solutions are a collaborative venture with each individual. Starting with the initial session, Bradley learns about a person’s life, values, and priorities. Together, he and the client plan an approach to incorporate the client’s wellness values into their unique life.

I notice that Bradley is trained and experienced in psychotherapy. Is he still a psychotherapist? Is Dynamic Wellness Solutions a type of therapy? No. His education and experience were in psychology, social work, and psychotherapy and Bradley stays up to date with continuing education courses to maintain his social work license. However Bradley’s role at Dynamic Wellness Solutions (by his choice) is not as a therapist, but as a wellness consultant and coach. His background, however, has provided Bradley with knowledge of empirical data and peer-reviewed studies supporting approaches to wellness and to motivational coaching. He stays current with reading and continuing education courses in the field.
